Services and Rates:

Individual Programs

Clients retain coaching services on a monthly basis for programs that are custom designed to meet their individual needs. Typically, the coaching relationship consists of the following:

  • An initial 60-90 minute in-take and assessment session

  • Three 30-45 minute weekly meetings, scheduled consecutively in the first three weeks of the month

  • 10-15 minute calls throughout the month as needed

  • E-mail communication and updates

  • Access to related resources, articles, and programs as available

  • Access to a network of coaches that specialize in areas such as Finance, Marketing, ADD, Legal, Life Coaching, and Spiritual Direction.

  • Referrals to other professionals as needed

Although you are free to end the relationship at anytime, a 3-month initial commitment to the process is requested. The advantage of coaching is the relationship - a silent partner in your success who offers unconditional support, encouragement, and synergy. Having a partner who is clean, clear, and open allows you to harness energy, ideas, and insights that will lead you to accessing your own untapped potential. Rates range from $500 - $1000/ monthly retainer

Group Coaching Programs

Soul Objective is in partnership with coach colleagues of various coaching expertise around such topics as:

  • Personal Vision & Mission

  • Strengths Development

  • Life Balance

  • Leadership

  • Ethics & Decision Making

  • Marketing Strategies for start-up companies

Additionally, I am in the process of creating coaching groups for affiliates of like-minded persons in the following situations:

  • Developing middle-managers

  • Clergy in active leadership

  • Entrepreneurs, looking to streamline energies

All group coaching is done in a virtual setting, using bridge lines to conference us together. Group members use first names only and agree to follow a code of ethics and confidentiality around shared discussion.
