About Liz:

My Life's Purpose is to be a servant leader, a guide, a model, a pathfinder, a coach for others looking to identify their own life's purpose and create a fruitful expression of wholeness in the universe. To be pure of heart, mind, body, and soul for the purpose of being a gift to those who ask as God allows. In my search for congruence between my personal life and my work life, I left the corporate world to build a coaching practice. It is here that I focus my energies on fulfilling my life's purpose. I guide, nurture, and support others to realizing their gifts/talents, skills, and ultimately their soul's vision.My entire life is rich with entrepreneurial experiences. I always see new possibilities. Here is a list of some of my accomplishments throughout my business career:

  • 18+ years in business management, the last 15 of which has been international

  • Entrepreneurial management style; I have managed several ventures and created two from ground floor up.

  • Managed millions (20+) of dollars in sourcing and production manufacturing, both hardgoods and softgoods production.

  • Managed budgets up to a couple of million dollars.

  • Hired, fired, trained and retrained over one hundred people.

  • Successfully managed to bottom line results, creating management tools & systems that facilitated and monitored results.

  • Created and implemented Quality Assurance Programs.

  • Developed hundreds of products through R&D/Product Development roles.

  • Hold 6 design utility patents with the US Government, European Community (PCT), and Japan.

  • Grown "real" margin dollars for corporations at a steadily high rate by controlling cost, improving sourcing, and capitalizing on industry opportunities.

  • Custom designed control systems to manage the day to day activities of the business.

Some of My Personal Accomplishments:

  • Spent the last 13 years "working on" my personal growth and development, both guided professionally and self-guided.

  • Traveled every corner of this great earth from North America to Europe, the Middle East to Asia. I know the people, the economics, the religions, and many situations of those regions.

  • Created a life that is congruent with who I am, inside and out. It is my search for this congruence that led me from the corporate world and into a coaching practice.

  • Served as a layperson on the board of District Council of Ordained Ministry for the Methodist Churches of Vermont (2000 - present).

  • Member International Coaching Federation (2000 - present).

  • Completed Coach U's industry-leading training program in coaching skills and techniques.

  • BS in Business Administration, concentration in Economics and a minor in Marketing.
